Here is an email we recieved from Michelle
"In August 2005 I attended what was thought to be the last weekend in Harrow and had an absolutely fantastic time. I have to say I was very scared and anxious about going on my own and meeting a whole group of people, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I met my host for the weekend. From the Friday evening to the Sunday brunch the whole set up was fantastic. Everyone was made to feel at ease and Heather (my host) was great. I was made to feel right at home. After doing the live interview on radio on the Saturday to the ball that night, it was such a great weekend.
I never expected to meet the man of my dreams but this is exactly what happened. I am so happy to say that Andrew who obviously also attended got engaged on Christmas Day 2005 and we were married on the 6th January 2007.
I would just like to say thank you for the fantastic work that is being done in helping single people from the country find happiness and for the fantastic weekend that was had by many.
We hope that all your endeavours for keeping the Beaut Bloke concept going works and we hope that the message does get out there, after all if it wasn’t for your weekend I would not have met my wonderful husband. "
